I’ve taken Milou to Hound&Purr for the last year and a half whenever we’re in Toronto. They do a great job and Milou seems excited to go back whenever we return. Fabulous spot for grooming. Meghan has looked after our French bulldog since we brought him home. He's a rescue and has anxiety about being handled, but she has charmed him into being cooperative during a groom. She definitely knows how to handle dogs!  If I could I would give them 100 stars!
